We recommend that you also read through the application form guidelines before you apply (these are available with the application form).

As well as your completed application form, you will also need to submit the following:

your organisation’s two most recent sets of audited annual financial accounts
a copy of an accreditation document showing the name of your organisation (eg: its constitution or any other legal document)
